Blown out of proportions

So when does it become a noteworthy occurrence that someone replies to your email inquiries? Well, as you might know, I've had some problems getting responses from my ISP/cable provider (T&B Hansen). So when I found their reply in my inbox this morning, less than a day after I'd sent them an email, I was pleasantly surprised.

This might be blowing things out of proportions, but given the fact they've neglected to answer the last five emails and a written letter I've sent them, I was very much positively surprised to receive the response, especially to receive it so soon after I'd sent them an email. Even though the response was negative (I asked if the could transmit a specific TV channel), it was less than 250 characters long and contained a rather cheesy looking "Happy 2005" gif animation...

I still haven't received any replies to the previous inquiries, so what actually made them respond to this one is a small mystery. Don't know if it's because it had nothing to do with their internet services, or if they simply have started responding to their customers. Hopefully it's the latter!
